Patient Folder Creation

If a patient does not have an existing Patient Folder at your pharmacy, a new one needs to be created.

A Patient Folder can be created using three methods:

1. Creating a New Patient Folder - this methods allows you to enter detailed information about a patient including preferences, setting them up on programs or adding additional notes.

2. Creating a New Patient Folder Using Quick Patient - this methods allows you to enter basic patient information to quickly create a new Patient Folder.

3. Copying an Existing Patient - this method allows you to copy an existing patient to a new Patient Folder. The last name, address information, and third party information are copied over, making this a quick method for adding family members.
